To use Nexora, you must create an account and provide accurate information including your name, email address, mobile number, and business details. You agree to keep your account information accurate and updated, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You must verify your email address to activate your account. Unverified accounts may have restricted access. Nexora reserves the right to suspend or delete unverified or inactive accounts.
New users may receive a limited trial period. After the trial expires, access to certain features may be restricted. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing (if applicable) will be communicated separately.
You agree not to use Nexora for illegal or unauthorized purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, upload malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, or abuse the platform. Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.
You are solely responsible for the data you enter into Nexora, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and backing up your business data if required. Nexora is not responsible for data loss caused by incorrect usage.
All content, software, branding, and intellectual property related to Nexora are owned by Nexora. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
Nexora is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We strive for high availability but temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Nexora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and to restrict access without prior notice in case of security threats or misuse. You may request account deletion at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business losses, loss of profit, or misuse of data by users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nexora after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, unless otherwise specified for your jurisdiction.
